Are NAMVEXO products made to order?
Many products are produced after checkout. Made-to-order production supports more colors, sizes, finishes, and personalization choices, but production must be completed before shipping begins.
How long does 3D printing production take?
Standard production time is usually 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Large, detailed, multi-piece, personalized, custom, or higher-quantity orders may take longer.
Can I request a custom or personalized 3D printed product?

What 3D printing materials does NAMVEXO use?

Are layer lines normal on 3D printed products?
Yes. Small layer lines, light surface texture, minor support or contact marks, slight color variation, and tiny cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of layered 3D printing.
How should I clean and care for a 3D printed item?
Unless the listing states otherwise, wipe gently with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Avoid dishwashers, harsh cleaners, soaking, direct flame, heaters, hot cars, and other high-heat conditions.
Does NAMVEXO ship internationally?
